Community Spirit Award – Best First Time Campaign:

Presented to an organization conducting its very first United Way Campaign achieving excellent results. Consideration is given to those workplaces that followed United Way’s 10-step guide to running a successful campaign, achieving results which are stronger than expected, and building a strong relationship with the United Way.

Community Spirit Awards – Leadership Campaign Team of the Year:

This award is presented to the team that most successfully motivated their peers to contribute personal gifts of $500 or more, and that organized the most successful Leadership Campaign
